7-Day Return & Exchange Policy – LizaStep

At LizaStep, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for all our women’s footwear.

Exchange Policy:

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Exchanges are available for size or design change only.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customer must ship the parcel to our office at their own cost.
  • Once received and verified, we will dispatch the new pair free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Valid reasons for a refund include:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing fault
  • Product not as described
  • If you return a product because you didn’t like it (e.g. change of mind), you are still eligible for a refund excluding delivery charges.
  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.
  • Securely pack and ship the product to our provided address.
  • We will notify you once the item is received and inspected.
